Product Description
Our Duplex Alloy Steel Flanges are known for their exceptional strength, making them ideal for applications requiring high tensile strength. These flanges have lower thermal conductivity compared to carbon steel, making them suitable for various industrial purposes. Available in standard specifications, custom requests are also accommodated to meet specific project requirements. Made from Duplex Steel Super Duplex Steel, these flanges are designed in a round shape with a tensile strength ranging from 600-800 MPa. With a density of 7.8 g/cm3 and a melting point of 1400-1450C, these flanges are grade 2205 2507. They exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, especially against chloride stress corrosion cracking, and have a silver color and a hardness of Rockwell C 30-35.
